Biomedical Image Dataset
A sample image from our database. (Left) Fluorescent image. Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) is used to label fibroblast cells. Depth Dataset
The database contains 545 range models divided into 18 classes. Despite the synthetic structure, our database is a challenging one. First, intra class similarity is quite high (mainly due to varied viewing directions). Secondly, the interclass similarity is also high for some of the classes ( i.e. cup- potter, dog-fourleg, spider-helicopter, human-gun, etc.).
